September 3rd post

 Today we took a vocabulary test and I did quite well on it, I knew all of the words and I only missed 1 question so I'm feeling good about that. After our test we did another lesson on Emily Dickinson's "Success is counted sweetest" and it was an alright poem, I'm not the biggest fan of poems but learning them can be interesting as I find a good one every once and a while like this one. This poem actually signified something that was important to me.

 Today we finalized our essays and are done with very long paper. I'm glad I did it as i learned a  lot from this. I also got deftones concert ticket codes from Mr. Rease which was very nice of him. All and all today was a good day.

October 4th

 In class today we did an assignment over claims of policy and claims of fact. The assignment wasn't that hard and I had free time after I was done. We had to write a claim of fact and claim of policy for 9 different topics which weren't all that bad. My day has been pretty decent overall and I'm tired and can't wait to take a nap when I get home.

Sep 9th post

 Today we learned about the writing process and how to effectively put it to use not just in this class but all classes. The lesson was helpful to get rid of writers block as I get that a lot. I like the little jokes that were sprinkled about and the lesson was good. I'd say today was a good day and we got time to study after and I'm going to use this method for the rest of the papers I write.
